Under “Global Standards. Local Heart,” we built the missing layer between the international charter and daily execution. We mapped the journey to surface discretionary moments — precise points where staff are explicitly authorised to step outside the script. A Culture Keeper network trained the most engaged managers as official cultural translators, spreading what worked between sites horizontally rather than waiting on top-down updates. Training shifted from technical certification toward human development, and a local employer brand strategy, distinct from global HR communication, rooted every recruitment message in the country’s own relationship with hospitality.
