01

Friction

The margin on a new Harley funds a transaction, not a business. The workshop ran below capacity. Clients disappeared for five to seven years between purchases. A Fat Boy owner summed it up: “I love my bike. I drive past twice a week. I never go in — there’s no reason to between services.”

02

Focus

Our analysis showed that riders actively engaged in the community generated almost three times the lifetime value of clients who simply owned the product. Yet that sense of belonging had never been structured, priced or managed as an offering in its own right.

03

Shift

Repositioned as “Not a dealership. A chapter.”, we built an Experiences department generating direct revenue through guided road trips and customisation surges, launched a Garage Membership subscription covering unlimited servicing and winter storage, reconfigured the showroom as a community space, and introduced a loyalty programme rewarding kilometres ridden rather than money spent.

04

Proof

+67% in after-sales revenue in twelve months

We realised we were in the business of organised freedom and freedom is something people will invest in every month, not once every five years.
